Zach Palma, MM, MT-BC

Zach is the owner and founder of Motif Collaborative Services. Zach created Motif with the goal of making services accessible and affordable. Zach provides a wide range of music therapy services, adaptive lessons, entertainment options and more in the Kentucky/Indiana region. Zach has music thearpy experience in Oncology at Levine Caner Institute in Charlotte, NC, in the school system with Voices Together in Raleigh, NC and as a local Lexington Contractor during his Masters program at the University of Kentucky. Outside of music therapy Zach loves performing, spending time with friends, playing with his cats and watching Hockey!

Lauren McLellan, MT-BC

Lauren is a board-certified music therapist who completed her music therapy internship at UK Healthcare with a focus on neurologic music therapy. Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies at Northern Kentucky University, where she focused in music, psychology, and organizational leadership. Prior to graduating from her undergraduate degree, Lauren gained experience teaching traditional music lessons to both neurotypical and neurodivergent populations. Lauren’s clinical experience consists of working in the memory care, kinship/foster reunification, and hospital settings. Outside of music therapy, Lauren enjoys serving at her church, spending time with her husband and their pets, and being outdoors.
